Our organic Silver Needle tea is hand-harvested in early spring in Fujian, China. Picked from the young, unopened buds of the tea plant, each silvery bud is carefully hand-plucked and sun-dried to preserve its delicate character. This tea brews to a pale golden infusion with a soft, lingering sweetness, and notes of melon. Light yet full of nuance, it’s a gentle and delicate tea - perfect for moments of calm, any time of day.
