Matcha Breakfast Bowl
matcha, granola & yoghurt
- Vanilla Yoghurt (175g)
- 2 bamboo scoops of matcha ( 1/2 teaspoon)
- 1/2 pear (or substitute for any fruit)
- A handful of berries (blueberries and blackberries)
- Granola, pumpkin seeds, almond slices & desiccated coconut.
- Add a splash of water to the matcha tea powder to create a smooth paste. Using a matcha whisk, whisk in an 'M' or 'W' motion until a smooth frothy paste has been created.
- Add the matcha mix into the vanilla yoghurt until smooth and creamy
- Add your desired toppings and enjoy!
