Matcha Breakfast Bowl

matcha & vanilla yoghurt

  • Vanilla Yoghurt (175g)
  • 2 bamboo scoops of matcha ( 1/2 teaspoon)
  • 1/2 pear (or substitute for any fruit)
  • A handful of berries (blueberries and blackberries)
  • Granola, pumpkin seeds, almond slices & desiccated coconut.

Instructions:

  • Add a splash of water to the matcha tea powder to create a smooth paste. Using a matcha whisk, whisk in an 'M' or 'W' motion until a smooth frothy paste has been created.
  • Add the matcha mix into the vanilla yoghurt until smooth and creamy
  • Add your desired toppings and enjoy!
