  • Vanilla Yoghurt (175g) or greek yoghurt
  • 2 small scoops of organic matcha ( 1/2 teaspoon)
  • 1 kiwi (or substitute for any fruit)
  • A handful of berries (blueberries and blackberries)
  • A handful of pumpkin seeds, cacao nibs & desiccated coconut.
  • 1 tsp of maple syrup
