Pothecary Gin Sour

rose, apple + hibiscus 

Tea Lab's organic rosebuds have been infused into Pothecary's limited edition, English Country Garden gin. The classic Juniper core is complemented by the beautiful floral aromas of rose, and the soft, sweet apple character, both in aroma and on the palate.

  • 60ml of Pothecary's English Country Garden gin
  • 30ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 10ml of rose syrup
  • 5ml of hibiscus syrup
  • 1 egg white, or 20ml aquafaba (great as a vegan alternative)
  • Ice to add to cocktail shaker
  • Optional: rosebuds to garnish

Instructions: makes one cocktail

  • Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker (including the ice) and shake vigorously for at least 30 seconds. 
  • Strain into a chilled martini glass and leave to settle. 
  • Garnish with rosebuds and enjoy!
